Maybe she . . . just for a second,
Would send a whisper to him and say,
Desire was there for him only to beckon,
Should he then steal her heart away?
If anyone falls, somewhere, sometime . . .
In the back of her mind
She'll see his face and hear his voice,
With every minute of time . . .
Printing his shadow against the wall of her heart.
It's just for her and only her to see. . . .
Dare he not feel or see the same as she?
She'd understand if he wills to be distant.
It's just her flight caught in an instant.
But she just wanted him to know
That she'll see men everywhere, every day.
Yet when she thinks of him, this she'll know . . .
It's been a long time since she's felt this way.
And if anyone falls . . . it will be him she'll see,
Because she'll see him as she did that day.
